Our founders are committed to actively participating in the growth and enhancement of the communities we consider home. We actively engage with and support these communities through: supporting organizations and initiatives that address the evolving needs of the local community. At the discretion of the local General Manager or Corporate Community Engagement Committee.
The EquipmentShare Committee only considers 501c3 requests.
Examples of areas in which we have previously provided support include:
Support for veterans - primarily through our Telehero program
Support for local schools - primarily through our Back to School Buckets campaign
*EquipmentShare retains the discretion to decline any donations
*EquipmentShare refrains from contributing to religious or politically motivated organizations.
As a company, we partner with organizations that work in the following areas:
When disaster strikes, we send our team to the scene to support organizations in the area that are directly responding to the needs of the community. We pack bottles of water, perishable and non-perishable food, toiletries and other items in several fully loaded insulated trailers to hand out to survivors of natural disasters. Our team has boots on the ground to support agencies cleaning up and repairing disaster-struck areas with the equipment they need to get the job done.
Wellness and nutrition should be basic necessities and fundamental to overall health. We partner with organizations like local food banks to put nutritious food in the hands of those who need it most. With workshops for our employees, we provide education about the importance of body and mind wellness, fitness and exercise and healthy foods. Our branches across the nation routinely lead food drives and provide monetary support to public organizations like food banks, children’s shelters and other programs that meet the needs of their communities.
We’re proud to have many passionate team members on the boards of various charitable organizations. Our team members offer their time and talent to improve the lives of others by serving as board members. Here are just a few of the organizations our team members serve:
Whether it’s through monetary support, volunteering or other assistance, EquipmentShare can help. Our employees receive 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year, and we’re grateful to participate in food drives, auctions and fundraisers and volunteering opportunities. So, how can we help you?
Our giving-back efforts and budget are governed by a committee of team members. Requests for support can be submitted through the link below. Please allow at least one month for our Giving Back committee to review your request and follow up on requests that we are able to commit to.
